After your initial evaluation:

  • Recommendations are reiewed

  • Additional testing may be discussed if appropriate

  • Priorities are established together

  • Follow-up plans are created

  • Ongoing support is available

Preparing for Your Appointment

  • Recent laboratory results

  • Relevant medical records

  • Questions and concerns

Insurance & Payment

What to expect:

  • Cash-pay model

  • HSA/FSA accepted if applicable

  • Payment due at time of service

  • 48 hour cancellation policy
